Ingredients
- 220g high-protein Greek yogurt (batter)
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
- 60ml lactose-free high-protein milk
- 2 scoops whey protein isolate
- 50g oat protein flour
- 7g cocoa powder
- 3g baking powder
- 100g high-protein Greek yogurt (frosting)
- 1 Oreo, crushed (topping)
Method
- Preheat your oven, or the air fryer if you're using one.
- Combine the Greek yogurt, whole egg, egg white and high-protein milk. Mix until uniform.
- Add the whey isolate, oat protein flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Mix until smooth and fully combined. No dry pockets.
- Pour into a baking dish or cake mould and spread evenly.
- Bake until the centre is set and the texture is cakey but still soft. Do not overbake.
- Let it cool slightly before topping.
- Spread the 100g of Greek yogurt across the top as frosting.
- Crush one Oreo over the top and distribute for full coverage.
- Slice into four equal servings. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
