Ingredients:

β’ Pistachios
β’ Protein-rich cheese (like cottage cheese or high-protein cream cheese)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
2. Finely chop the pistachios.
3. Carefully open the dates and remove the pits.
4. Mix the chopped pistachios with the protein-rich cheese.
5. Fill each date with the pistachio and cheese mixture.
6. Close the dates around the filling to seal them.
7. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until they are slightly golden.
