Popcorn chicken
Ingredients
1. Prep the Chicken:
Cut the chicken into small, popcorn-sized pieces and place them in a meal prep container.
2. Season the Chicken:
Add the olive oil, cornstarch, paprika, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer (buffalo seasoning is a great choice!).
Tip: If you don’t mind a few extra calories, you can add a bit more cornstarch and oil for extra crunch.
3. Coat the Chicken:
Close the lid of the container tightly and shake well until the chicken is fully coated with the seasoning mixture.
4. Cook the Chicken:
Place the chicken pieces in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes. If using a regular oven, make sure to flip the chicken halfway through for even crispiness.
5. Serve:
Serve as-is or with your favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy your crispy popcorn chicken!

• 7 oz (200g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• ¼ cup (25g) cornstarch
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Optional seasonings of choice (I like using a buffalo seasoning blend!)
