Ingredients
For the Standard Version:
• 200 g instant noodles
• 300 g chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
• Green onion (for garnish)
• 150 g light cream sauce
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 50 g light béchamel sauce (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook the Noodles:
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions but do not add the seasoning packet. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Base:
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Cook the Chicken:
Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until golden and fully cooked inside.
4. Add the Sauce:
Pour the light cream sauce into the pan, stir well, and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
5. Combine with Noodles:
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix until the noodles are well-coated with the creamy sauce.
6. Finish and Serve:
Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with chopped green onion. Serve hot.
